SHIPPING INFORMATION:

For most merchandise, including gift certificates, your order will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via UPS ground. We must have a STREET ADDRESS to ship using UPS since they will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses. For post office box addresses we ship via Priority Mail.

Fine Art items require special packing and shipping to insure their safe arrival. Please call the store (207 781-2401) for details on shipping costs and delivery times for these items.

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Our most important concern is that your shopping experience online or in our store be pleasant and productive. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy all items you purchase from Couleur Collection. But in the event that an item is not suitable for any reason, at any time, please package it securely and return it to us for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of recipt of your return by the same method that payment was made. Include a copy of your purchase receipt and the necessary information for us to process the refund and send it to you. Please be sure to give us a phone number to contact you for any questions regarding your return. We suggest that when returning an item you insure the item for its full purchase price.
